The following Return and Refund & Shipping Policy applies to everything sold by PHENGPRO LLC dba PHOENIX BEAUTY SPA. By purchasing from Phoenix Beauty Spa, you agree to accept this policy in full.

Order right now with confidence. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, return it within 30 days of purchase. We can take back any physical product you ordered from us, with the package unopened or opened if you haven’t used over 50% of the product. It’s simple and easy! You may return it with your original sales receipt, or gift receipt and please include your name, invoice number, phone number, and email address.
Make sure you contact us first before your return in order to get return authorization from us. Please keep your return receipt, tracking and confirmation numbers for verification purposes. We will happily exchange the item or refund your money in full (less shipping charges). We must receive the returned package within 30 days from the date of original purchase for the refund to be valid. Once we receive your return, we will then process your refund (less shipping charges). The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. On average it can take up to 15 business days for all returns to process. Once we process your authorized return, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. It may take up to 3 weeks to process the return.
- Customers will need to call our customer service to get an AR (return authorization) number. Unauthorized returns are not allowed.
- Items purchased on our website must be returned to us.
- Please DO NOT send your return back to PCA SKIN, our drop shipping partner.
- Product returns and/or refunds will only be accepted within 30 days of purchase.
- Expired products and gifts with purchase products and digital products are ineligible for return/refund.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Your order will not be eligible for return if you’ve used over 50% of the product.
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
- Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable.
- All returns must be accompanied by all original components.
- Once we process your authorized return, we will initiate a refund to your credit card. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
- Returns may take up to 3 weeks to process.
- The return/refund process may be delayed if the authorized return is not properly addressed and/or is missing the AR (return authorization) number.
- At the discretion of Phoenix Beauty Spa, products that were leaking, defective, damaged, or broken in transit, and that were purchased within 30 days will replaced at no charge after inspection.
- We reserve the right to refuse, deny, or limit any return requests or refunds at any time based on policy.

Shipping Policy:
We use drop shipping to ship your physical skincare products you will order from us through our product supplier which is PCA SKIN. The shipping rate is $9 which is flat rate UPS ground shipping for purchases under $100. For purchases over $100, we offer free ground shipping. No delivery is available. Local store pickup is only available if you place an order in advance at our spa physical location.
- Shipments are sent Monday through Friday each week, excluding major holidays. Orders are processed within three business days of being placed.
- Saturday delivery is not available for all shipping options and destinations.
- Each order will be shipped to one address only.
- We are unable to deliver to PO Box, APO, FPO & DPO addresses, and to customers outside of the United States.
- Customers have up to 30 minutes after an order has been placed to cancel their order via the links in the order confirmation screen and/or the order confirmation email. Orders cannot be canceled after 30 minutes.
- Customers are responsible for notifying our consumer support team when an order has been returned to PCA SKIN, our drop shipping partner or to us by the shipper due to an insufficient address or other delivery issues.
- Phoenix Beauty Spa orders are shipped to contiguous U.S. residential addresses only and can take up to 6 -8 business days to be delivered (excluding holidays).

- Was in a physically damaged condition at the time of delivery
- Has one or more items missing
- Does not match with what was ordered
