This can be done by scraping and rubbing parts of the body with a scraping tool such as jade stone, or ox horn with massage oil or other lubricants.

Microneedling is also called collagen induction therapy It’s also known as dry needling, collagen needling, and dermarolling. This procedure uses needles to penetrate the epidermis into the dermis, which creates wound response which stimulates growth factors and fibroblast activity, which leads to collagen and elastin increased production.
