Electrolysis – Permanent Hair Removal<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Electrolysis is the only FDA-recognized method of permanent hair removal, safe and effective for all hair and skin types. It can be performed on most areas of the face and body (excluding inside the nose and ears).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pre-Treatment:<\/strong> Avoid other hair removal methods except trimming or shaving.
Post-Treatment:<\/strong> Temporary redness or bumps may occur; avoid makeup for 24 hours.
Contraindications:<\/strong> Sunburn, pregnancy, diabetes, or active acne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Electrolysis<\/strong> is a well-established, well-proven permanent hair removal method which is performed successfully on all hair and skin types with great precision. Electrolysis is currently the only proven method of permanent hair removal recognized by the FDA. Electrolysis can be performed on all parts of the face and body, except for the inside of the nose or the inside of the ear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The treatment starts with that electrologist skillfully inserts a pre-sterilized filament into the hair follicle, down to the derma papilla, then a burst of treatment energy is being released, sufficient to destroy the dermal papilla. The electrologist then slides the hair out with a pair of forceps such as tweezers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
